Registering on our Web site is free to eligible customers. Customer may purchase any of the products provided on our catalogue at the prices designated on the Web site by selecting Products for purchase and completing our On-line order form. All charges for products ordered are displayed to the customer on the pending Order prior to placement of the Order.
Placing orders: The following information is needed.
Purchase Order/Credit Card Number
Name, Phone, Fax Number & E-mail of the person
Shipping & Billing Address
Product Catalogue Number
Product description & Unit size
Purchase Order Number: If you have a Purchase Order Number and want to use for ordering, check the "Purchase Order box" and enter the Purchase Order Number in the comments section.
Credit Card: We accept credit cards mentioned on the site. Check the Credit Card box and follow the instructions.
Written confirmation is not required. If confirmation of an order is sent, it should be marked “CONFIRMING ORDER, DO NOT DUPLICATE”.
Cross Referencing: We provide cross reference Service for your order. Just provide the Catalogue/part number and brief description of the product from the vendor/supplier; we can supply you with the product(s).
Quotations: Your inquiries are welcome and appreciated.
Payment Terms: Individual invoices, net 30 days from date of invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice. Delinquent accounts will be subject to a service charge on past due amounts of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month (or, if less, the maximum amount permitted by law).
Tax Policy: The tax rate for Californian residents based our location. There will be no sales tax on orders shipped outside of California. Other taxes may apply to countries outside the US.
Shipping: Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. The shipping charges are calculated based on package dimensions (FedEx, UPS method) in the checkout page. The exact shipping charges that will be showed in the check out before placing order. Orders from Southern California are shipped for overnight. We ship by the most efficient and economical means available. Extra charges apply to HAZMAT and dry ice shipments.
Return Policy: For any returns, please call us @ 1-866-9-LAGUNA. Any claim for credit or return goods request must be with prior authorization only. The credit payment will be issued less shipping and handling charges. Custom orders including special orders may not be returned.
Warranties & Liabilities: In the absence of an express written agreement to the contrary, all products are sold by us for the exclusive use of the purchaser and do not be resold. We do not warrant the use of the products provided will not infringe the claims of any patents covering the product itself, or its use in combination with other products, or in operation of any process

Laguna Scientific will not be liable for any consequential damages arising from the use of products described from our catalog.
