Smart Glow LD (Loading Dye) 1 ml

It is supplied as 6X concentration. Add the SmartGlow LD dye directly to the sample (1 µl dye to 5 µl sample), and view the separation after the electrophoresis using UV or blue light illumination. This method eliminates all the other lab ware and gel running buffer used with EtBr.

  Protocol:

• Mix SmartGlow LD with the sample & DNA marker at 1:6 ratio (1 µl dye to 5 µl sample), and load on to the gel
• View and document the separation after the electrophoresis using UV or blue light illumination
